Speaker National Assembly decides to resign more PTI members

Speaker National Assembly Raja Pervez Ashraf has decided to approve the resignation of 11 more members of the Pakistan Tehreek -e -Insaf.

According to a report by the news agency, political tensions in the federal government have increased after the Supreme Court decided against the coalition parties.

In this regard, sources say that the Speaker can approve the resignation of the National Assembly by the Speaker today; the members whose resignations will be approved include members of the specific seats.
What should note is that after the 11 resignations of the Speaker, what sent the Election Commission to the Election Commission, on which the Election Commission received the resignation and declared these 11 seats vacant. The schedule of which will be released soon by the Election Commission.

Speaker National Assembly has approved the resignations of Shireen Mazari, Shandana Gulzar, Abdul Shakoor Shad, Ijaz Shah, Jamil Ahmed Khan, and Akram Cheema.

The spokesman said that the speaker had approved the resignation under Article 64 of the Constitution (1).

The spokesman added that the National Assembly Secretariat had issued a notification to approve the resignations.

Remember that PTI members resigned from their membership on April 11.

The letters from the speaker have already been issued to the PTI’s resignation of 131 members.

The Speaker approved the resignations of PTI members Shaukat Ali, Fakhr Zaman Khan, and Farrukh Habib.

The resignations of 3 members of PTI have been approved from Sindh province, while the resignations of Sherin Mazari and Shandana Gulzar Khan have been approved at specific seats.

Letters have already been issued to the PTI’s resignation 131 members to confirm the resignation of the Speaker.
